The Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), Engineering Directorate (ED) Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) provides a rapid response capability for generating hardware solutions to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Agencies. Government owned and Government operated, the PIF offers single-source convenience, turn-key solutions for development, fabrication, systems integration, modification, experimentation, and subsystem/system-level testing. And maintains a collaborative environment optimally structured for supporting quick reaction delivery of hardware solutions.
In support of The PIF a centralized vehicle which offers a wide array of rapid prototyping and design validation equipment, materials, components, and supplies, to include: design and analysis, modeling and simulation, rapid prototyping, mechanical fabrication, printed wiring board fabrication, circuit card assembly, cable and chassis fabrication, ground and air platform integration, aircraft modification, field retrofit and sustainment related equipment, materials, and components in development, fabrication, systems integration, modification, experimentation, and subsystem/system level testing to accomplish the PIF technical mission. The primary intent of this BPA will be to provide support to the PIF's Flexible Integrated Rapid Support Team (FIRST). FIRST is a PIF strategic initiative to re-engage on smaller, internally executed projects.

The CFT Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for supporting requirements generated by the Department of Defense and other federal agencies to provide a flexible rapid deployment capability and to field supplemental skilled technicians on site anywhere in the world in support of the Government's war readiness and posture planning needs. These contract field teams perform modification, maintenance, inspection and repair of active systems in the US Government inventory, such as aircraft; vehicles; aerospace equipment; missile systems; subsystems such as engines, communications and cryptologic equipment; and ground support equipment. Efforts will include on-site Organizational, Intermediate/Field, and Depot/Sustainment level maintenance support at customer locations both in the continental United States (CONUS), and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). This effort may include approved foreign military sales (FMS) support (with an approved FMS case number and Letter of Agreement between countries). All weapon systems supported under this contract will be non-commercial and must have Government-owned technical data. These requirements will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. The objectives and requirements identified within this PWS are described in general terms. Each task order will specifically address applicable task order requirements, scheduling, task order options, and performance criteria.

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center's (AMRDEC's) Software Engineering Directorate (SED) JOINT SYSTEMS INTEGRATION LABORATORY (JSIL) has established a constellation of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for COMMUNICATIONS, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ELECTRONICS, AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (CITES) for the competitive acquisition of commercial equipment, hardware and software. The SED is a center of technical excellence to Service-specific and Joint Service technologies and programs throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs). The SED provides a Government test bed for emerging concepts experimentation; architecture development and refinement; rapid prototyping; technology insertion and transition; multi-service weapon system interoperability, systems engineering and integration; modeling/simulation; training; test and evaluation; and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) optimization in support of Combat Developers, Materiel Developers, Warfighters and other customers including requirements supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The proposed CITES BPA constellation will support the Software Engineering Directorate and its customers, Army and Other Services' Program Managers, Program Executive Offices, and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) across the lifecycle of supported weapon systems and technology development and integration efforts. The proposed CITES BPA constellation is used to support Government-direct acquisition of equipment required to accomplish the SED mission. The CITES BPA constellation is just one acquisition strategy available to the Government for acquiring material needed to accomplish its mission. The Government may also elect to acquire material through services contracts that is the culmination of material adaptation and modification that provides the Government with a turn-key technical solution.

AMCOM Logistics Support Facility Management Activity (LSFMA) contract: The purpose of this contract is to provide a ordering contract that will allow the PEO Aviation’s LSFMA to accomplish the aviation mission requirements assigned to it. The orders or CLINS under this contract may be issued as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), FFP/CPFF with Performance incentives, or Time and Materials (T&M). The orders may be issued as end item supply orders or level of effort orders.
The LSF contract shall support the mission requirements of PEO AVIATION, AMCOM, and other military services, and USG Agencies that operate PEO Aviation systems. Quality Requirement shall be in accordance with Section E. of the contract.
The LSF scope includes all efforts associated with modification of Army aviation managed systems.
